To ensure that every detail of your event is covered, we have hand designed each of the worksheets you complete so that they pretty much run as a checklist of everything you'll need for the entire evening. These worksheets also help us to coordinate with your photographer, videographer, hall staff and other vendors so that your night runs smoothly!

To book our services for your event, the client information sheet and a $100 deposit is required. This deposit will secure the date for your event. Then, once the rest of the forms are completed all you have to do is mail them in (at least three weeks prior to your event). Any information on these sheets can be changed at your request, all the way up to and even during the event itself.

**IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CALL FIRST TO VERIFY THAT YOUR EVENT DATE IS STILL AVAILABLE. SINCE WE ARE A SINGLE SYSTEM OPERATOR AND RUN ONLY ONE EVENT A DAY, THE ONLINE CALENDAR CHANGES ONLY ONCE WE RECEIVE A DEPOSIT AND A SIGNED CONTRACT. WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT YOUR DATE ISN'T ALREADY BEING BOOKED BY SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR DEPOSIT**
